CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: All Christmas orders need to be placed and all the details for your item provided to me by the 14th December.
Please note in the event of a pandemic or issue with any of my delivery couriers, this is beyond my control and although I will try to chase your order through for you, but I will be unable to do anything regarding a refund or replacement until a full investigation with the delivery company has been carried out.
The delivery companies do not consider an item to be lost for a period after the expected delivery date ( 5 working days after the item has been shipped). This is a courier policy and I have to abide by their policies.
At checkout how do I add a different Shipping Address?
The first address you add at checkout is YOUR address and the Billing address.
There is an Option which is automatically ticked which says "Billing address is the same as the ship to address" If you leave the tick in the box the item will be shipped to your billing address.
If you remove the tick and option appears to add a 2nd Address. This is the SHIP TO address, and is to be used if you would like the item sent somewhere other than you address.
Do you sew onto items provided by me?
No, Unfortunately I do not embroider onto products not purchased via the website. Sometimes the fabrics etc provided are not suitable for embroidering on and therefore, Unless the items provided are to be made into a memory Pillow, then I would not be able to assist you.
What size are the Cotton Bath Towels?
They are normal standard Adult sized bath towels. Unless the listing specifies that they are Baby Hooded Towels.
What size are the Baby Blankets?
72 x 100 cm
Please note, I try to keep the website as up to date as possible, on occasion a colour will go out of stock and it can take a while for me to amend every listing to reflect the change.
If you order a colour which is out of stock I will contact you and you can choose an alternative colour or receive a full refund.

How long do the items take to arrive?
Generally, I try to fulfil your order as quickly as possibly. Please allow 4 days for your item to be created and then 2-5 days for UK delivery on completion.
Can you sew any of the designs onto the Gift Sets?
Yes, I may not have added them all yet as it takes a while and I am a bit busy with orders :)
Please ask if you cannot see the advertised design you would like on any relevant item and I will add it for you.
What is the Shipping charge?
Standard/Economy Shipping for Mainland UK is Free. However there is a charge for Signed for Delivery which is mandatory and added to the price shown.
If you would like to upgrade your delivery to a different shipping option there is a charge, please check if you are unsure before paying.
Please email to ask for a shipping quote if you are outside of Mainland UK.
Cancellations when paying via Paypal
If you decide to cancel a purchase after making payment via Paypal, please note that the Paypal fee is retained by Paypal and any refund given will be less that Paypal fee amount.
Can I have more than 12 Characters sewn on my item?
it limit for names is set at 12 characters this is to ensure that the lettering is of a reasonable size and not tiny.
All wording has to fit into the embroidery frame if you require a design as well the space can be fairly tight and the wording would be very small if more is requested.
For longer names and those using the max 12 characters I would recommend you select the Elegant font.
You can have more letters if required but there may be an additional charge for this and the lettering will be smaller than normal. Also, the Elegant font must be the one selected.
Please check before buying however as if you request more wording and have not paid for the additional characters I reserve the right to use just 1 first name on your order, or I will cancel your order and refund you less the paypal fee incurred.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Hollydoodles are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, however we are unable to give a guarantee, either express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK will guarantee compliance with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
Please note Postage is not free to any delivery address outside Mainland UK. Please send me an enquiry for a postage quote should you wish for your item to be posted outside Mainland UK.
Do you Ship to Jersey or Guernsey?
Yes, I do ship to Jersey & Guernsey but please note postage is not free to those locations.
You must select them at checkout from the countries drop down box and pay the relevant postage charge.
I reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not select the correct postage option when ordering.
Do you ship to Ireland?
Hollydoodles does ship to the part of Ireland which fall under the UK postal requirements for free.
If you live in other parts of Ireland please contact me for a postal quote and shipping is not free to those areas.
Are all the bath towels the same style?
In general yes, please note the style of blankets and towels may vary subject to stock availability.
How do I choose a Colour for my personalisation?
There are 2 lists for thread colour choices (as there are a lot of choices), please only select 1 colour from 1 of the lists for the Name colour. Please do not choose a colour from each list.
Do you have a Product Care Policy?
Yes, where relevant to the product you are purchasing, please ensure that you read any Product Care Information Guidelines dispatched with your order.
Please note that Hollydoodles will not be held liable by refund or exchange for products damaged, during incorrect washing and care procedures or general wear and tear incurred in the general usage of the item.
There may be some residue clear film on the embroidered area, this is soluble in water and will be removed when you wash the item. The film is necessary for embroidery purposes.
Do you accept Returns?
Due to the nature of personalised items, we reserve the right to refuse returns which could not be resold. However, if we have made an error in your order or the item is damaged or faulty we will refund or exchange the item for you subject to the terms detailed in our returns policy.
Hollydoodles will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased, excluding postage, but cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to the company. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights and all returns must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges, if accepted.
Why are the prices different on Amazon?
Amazon apply a postage charge an keep it, it does not get passed to me I have discount the price on Amazon slightly to try to help compenstate for that.
Please note however it is still cheaper for you to purchase items via my website that Amazon and not all items are available on Amazon.
